    I’ve realized from personal and professional experience that people without a life purpose can fall into a deep depression. I work with people to help them understand their unique strengths and interests, and how they can contribute to this world. I believe that there is a reason for everyone to be alive, whether you know it or not. Through coaching, we explore your past and uncover your interests by focusing on what activities you enjoyed as a child. We use this information to then build a narrative, and a concrete plan to move forward. With intentional goals and a concrete strategy, we can move away from overthinking and take action.
